Job SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for negotiating and offering lump-sum cash payments to public and private cell tower landlords for an assignment of future rental income associated with their cell sites, over the telephone and by email by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.Primary ResponsibilitiesResearch and compiles list of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information within our data base, information generated by one’s own market knowledge to enhance that information and other sourcesMakes outbound calls and lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, mail, and e-mail to build rapport with prospective landlords and acts as an advisor and subject matter expert, negotiate, qualify leads, and acquire rentsOriginates and acquires wireless infrastructure assetsPerforms market research activities to enhance lead qualityUtilizes CRM system to manage pipeline and create lead activities & uploads transaction documents in M-FilesDelivers on monthly/quarterly/annual goals as requiredMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending sales training meetings (and providing valuable input); reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state‑of‑the‑art practicesProvide ongoing pipeline support to see deals through to full legal completion, working hand in hand with underwriting, legal departments etcAd‑hoc responsibilities as assigned by managerEngage in continuous,
ongoing training to educate oneself in all aspects of the acquisition process so that you can be an advisor to telecoms site owners by understanding the varying and necessary legal, financial, taxation structures etcWork with customers qualified advisors (solicitors, accountants etc) to safely see deals through to full legal completionEducationGraduate degree in Business or FinanceExperience3 - 5 years of high‑pressure sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar.Technical SkillsMicrosoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management)Prior work experience with CRM systems and associated dashboard and reporting functionalitySoft SkillsHighly motivated self‑starter with strong leadership and relationship building skillsAbility to develop rapport and act as a trusted advisorDemonstrated ability to work through regulated companies’ procedures to contract for Infrastructure servicesOrganized and detail orientatedDemonstrated ability to problem solveExcellent interpersonal, verbal,
