We are looking for a long‑term team member to grow with us as we bridge our manual machining expertise with state‑of‑the‑art CNC technology.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate manual lathes, mills, saws, and drills.Help lead our transition into CNC (setup, operating, and programming).Read and interpret complex drawings for high‑precision parts.Perform quality inspections to maintain our century‑old reputation for excellence.Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (certification provided).QualificationsCertification:
