This role is responsible for monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting compliance reviews, including AML/FINTRAC obligations, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate across teams to support a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of compliance programs and internal controlsMaintain compliance policies, procedures, and standardsProvide day-to-day compliance guidance to business unitsMonitor regulatory developments and assess applicability to the organizationMonitoring, Testing & AML ComplianceExecute compliance monitoring and testing activities across business functionsPerform reviews of AML controls to ensure alignment with FINTRAC requirements, including KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, and reporting obligationsIdentify control gaps and compliance risks, and support timely remediationRegulatory, Reporting & Risk ManagementSupport regulatory filings, audits, examinations,
