Participate in TD's 18-month rotational Associate Program with two nine-month rotations Gain exposure to business areas within the Analytics Insights & AI team Perform data queries and prepare datasets for analysis and modeling, including data cleaning and feature engineering Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions such as forecasting, optimization, and pricing models Identify business problems and opportunities appropriate for data-driven solutions Develop proposals and approaches for analytics initiatives Support business case development for analytics solutions Work on initiatives designed to improve decisions, processes, systems, and applications supporting TD's businesses

Requirements

Must have graduated between May 2025 and May 2027

Graduate degree in Business, Management, and/or Data Analytics or related field

At least 2 years of professional experience, including work terms during studies

Strong statistical and analytical skills

Experience analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs

Experience in one or more of predictive analytics, optimization, regression, logit modeling, discrete choice, simulation, propensity modeling, data/text mining, programming, algorithm development, automation, data visualization, or natural language processing

Strong technical knowledge and experience with at least one of R,



Python, SQL, SAS, Java, or C/C++

Technical knowledge or experience with Spark and Cloud

Must have strong leadership qualities, initiative, prioritization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Able to work as part of a team with targeted deliverables

Ability to remain current with emerging trends and technologies

Must reside in Canada, the country where the role is located

Core Competencies Demonstrates robust statistical and analytical skills with experience in predictive analytics, optimization, and data visualization. Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL, with the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
