Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Record and categorize accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and financial records Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve them promptly Assist with payroll processing,



ensuring timely and accurate employee payments Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents Skills
