- Support the TD Securities Strategy team in obtaining, developing, and tracking data and written inputs for Monthly Operating Reviews, Quarterly Business Updates, and Strategic Business Plans
- Perform research for team presentations and memos
- Obtain market share information (league tables) from Bloomberg
- Help prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
- Identify and execute efficiencies in the team's work
- Work with experienced colleagues and participate in TD's co-op/intern programming
- Work Monday-Friday during standard business hours
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field, with the intent of going back to school at the end of the work term
- Enrolled or planning to pursue a CPA designation OR committed to pursuing a career in Finance Transformation
- Financial acumen with curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving orientation
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented, quick to apply new concepts, and high standards for quality and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- Ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Ability to operate as a working lead on assigned initiatives
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive and highly motivated, taking initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proven ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Must reside in Canada, the country where the role is located
