Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver product to customer job sites.* Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.* Load, transport, and unload concrete efficiently while maintaining quality standards.* Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers.* Complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation accurately.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.* Solid awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures.* Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting,
and maneuvering equipment.* Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.* Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
