Job DetailsFinancial Analyst – PricingLocation: Scarborough IN-OFFICESalary: $80,000-$85,000 + perks, bonus, RRSP matchIndustry: CPG Food ManufacturingCompany OverviewOur client is a long-established, market leader, in the food manufacturing business specializing in a niche market.Role OverviewReporting to the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for performing and/or assisting with all reporting, planning, pricing, and analysis within the Finance function.Assist with customer pricing, product profitability, standard costing, and business partnering to various departmentsAssist with recent product price bidding incorporating manufacturing costsAssist with quarterly pricing updates for existing customersConduct pre-evaluations and post mortems of significant capital investmentsAssist with the analysis and understanding of month-end results, including net sales, gross margin breakdown,



root cause analysis, customer rebate analysis, and volume/rate/mix analyses, evaluation & trackingTrack and maintain Operations KPI’sWork on special projects and other duties as requiredQualificationsBachelor Degree, CPA designation or pursuing is preferred3+ years of related experience in a financial, cost, and/or pricing analyst function, preferably within a CPG manufacturing/production line workplaceExposure to manufacturing (standard costing/production variance analysis etc.) is requiredOutstanding Excel and modelling skills and competent working with large data sets using a variety of systemsSolid ERP experience - SAP and Power BI preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
