The position integrates marketing strategy, content development, and event execution to support enrolment growth and program awareness.The role works closely with Faculty of Health communications and marketing staff and central university partners to ensure coordinated, aligned, and data‑informed marketing and recruitment efforts.ObjectivesPlan and execute targeted marketing and recruitment strategies that directly support program enrolment growth and yield outcomesLead the planning, promotion, and delivery of recruitment events and outreach initiatives that effectively engage prospective students and stakeholdersDevelop and implement compelling,
program‑specific marketing campaigns and content across digital and print channelsMonitor, analyze, and report on recruitment performance metrics to inform strategy and improve conversion outcomesProvide marketing and recruitment advice and insights to HINF leadership to support program positioning and growthBuild and sustain strong relationships with prospective students, alumni, faculty, partners, and community stakeholders to enhance engagement and recruitment successWorking conditions may include occasional evening and weekend work and travel to support events and outreach activities, including moving event supplies up to 10kgs.Job RequirementsThis position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, and/or student recruitment, including experience planning, promoting, and delivering events and outreach initiatives. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience developing and executing integrated marketing and recruitment campaigns across digital and print channelsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling, audience‑focused contentStrong event planning and coordination skills, including managing logistics, promotion, stakeholder engagement,
