Become an integral part of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as an Emergency Management Advisor. This on-site full-time role focuses on compliance, program oversight, and operational resilience at Toronto Pearson Airport.

Reporting to the Manager of Operational Continuity, the Advisor will play a key role in enhancing emergency management frameworks and operational readiness. You will lead compliance audits, conduct risk assessments, and drive training programs. Your expertise will ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the airport community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead compliance oversight and quality assurance activities
• Support airport regulatory compliance and certification efforts
• Conduct reviews of emergency documentation and call records




• Develop and implement emergency management plans
• Plan and evaluate emergency exercises and drills

Requirements:
• 5+ years in airport operations or emergency management
• 2–5 years in emergency management exercises design
• Incident Management System certification required
• ISO 9001 or equivalent auditing certification preferred
• Robust communication skills for stakeholder engagement
