Become the Community of Faith and Pastoral Relations Support Minister with Canadian Shield Regional Council. This permanent full time role focuses on building ministry capabilities and community relationships.

In this key ministry role, you will support 63 congregations across the region by nurturing faith communities and assisting ministry personnel. You will facilitate visioning, transitional support, and resource identification while managing community needs effectively. Your collaborative approach will integrate service efforts to foster resilient communities of faith.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and advice to faith communities on ministry options
• Assist in managing transitional ministries during emergencies
• Collaborate with regional staff for optimal support




• Offer resources for conflict resolution and pastoral relationships
• Facilitate mentoring for ministry personnel health and excellence

Requirements:
• Four years of post-secondary education, theological degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience in faith communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administration capabilities
• Ability to travel throughout the region as needed
