Duties

- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests' tables
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and sanitizing surfaces
- Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen, such as organizing supplies and assisting with basic meal assembly when needed
- Handle food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essentials to ensure seamless service flow




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and address guest needs promptly

Experience

- Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Experience in customer service roles that involve direct guest interaction
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management and cashiering
- Experience in kitchen or hospitality environments, including hotel or barista roles, is a plus
- Robust communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members
- Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
