The Role & Core Responsibilities

We like to keep things simple: our goal is to deliver incredible customer service without getting bogged down by rigid job titles. As a Front of House Team Member, you will do a little bit of everything to make our guests feel right at home. While our layout focuses primarily on counter service, we always step out to do whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest comfort.

- Pouring drinks and serving up delicious, locally sourced menu items.
- Greeting guests warmly and managing counter orders efficiently.
- Clearing, cleaning,



and resetting tables to keep our space pristine and inviting.
- Supporting the kitchen with light food preparation if you have a passion for cooking.

What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a restaurant or the food and beverage industry is required.Must ha e Serving it Right or the willingness to obtain.
- Hospitality Mindset: You genuinely love interacting with people, building community, and providing great service.
- Passion for Food & Beer: You are excited about what we offer and love sharing that energy with guests.
- Adaptability: A willingness to wear multiple hats, jump in where needed, and go the extra mile.
