Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier, Chill/Grill person to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, accurate order taking, and smooth cash handling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to enhance their dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Brink POS
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently and accurately
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote specials or new offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food handling and serving areas
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety protocols are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables promptly
- Provide guest services by addressing questions,



resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Brink POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
