Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming dining atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance receipts
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and a service‑driven approach
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible service guidelines
Qualifications & Attributes
- Positive, outgoing, and guest‑focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Previous serving experience is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
