Job Title: Server Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the server team, ensuring high standards of customer service.

- Coordinate and manage the server staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage shifts that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Be available to work overtime during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience as a server or in a similar supervisory role in the food & beverage industry.

- Smart Serve certification (or equivalent) to serve alcoholic beverages.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time, hourly position with versatile scheduling to accommodate early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications in food safety and handling.

- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.

- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
