Overview
Commercial Truck Equipment is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Service Administrative Clerk with a professional attitude to join its Edmonton, AB branch in a full-time role. This fast-paced, detail-oriented position supports the Service team with appointment scheduling, work orders, customer updates, timecards, and administrative support. The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally, efficiently, and courteously with customers and team members.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an Administrator Clerk role, including invoicing and submitting invoices on customer websites
- Excellent computer skills,
specifically intermediate level MS Excel and experience using web-based applications
- Experience with Spire program is an asset.
- Experience in a truck dealership is a major asset
- Previous experience in the truck or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence. Experience driving large trucks is an asset

Timeline and Application We have an immediate need for an employee in this role, and applications are reviewed as received. The role remains open until filled.
