We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Appointment Co-ordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage service appointments, coordinate communication between customers and our service department, and ensure smooth scheduling processes. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will help us deliver top-tier service experiences every day.

The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for the successful booking and setting of customer vehicle service appointments, while providing a high level of customer service. This role will require attention to detail and cooperation amongst your colleagues and numerous other departments and business partners. In addition, it will require teamwork to assist with the coordination of parts ordering for customer pay and recall repair completion.

The employee is required to learn the required method of appointment setting through direct training and the completion of Audi Canada online and instructor led training.

Responsibilities





- Provide professional and courteous service for incoming service department phone calls and appointment booking
- Provide professional and courteous service for customers in person
- Provide professional and courteous service for online email and portal leads
- Review all confirmed appointments for Audi Recalls
- Ensure all customer profiles are maintained with complete and accurate data
- Performing appointment review for upcoming days to ensure part ordering accuracy
- Provide accurate quotation and time estimations for customer inquiries and during appointment setting
- Provide back up to service advisors during busy seasonal peak periods or during times of absence
- Booking first appointments for current and used car department sales customers
- Assist current and used car department managers for delivery follow-up
