In This Role, You Will:
- Schedule appointments, welcome customers, and assess their needs;
- Open work orders;
- Follow up on repairs and ongoing work;
- Receive, verify, and close work orders.
Experience, Training & Skills That Would Be an Asset:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset);
- Fluent in spoken French and English;
- Strong computer skills;
- Effective priority management;
- Tactful, with good self-control;
- Thorough and consistent when following procedures and work methods;
- Strong team spirit and willingness to help others.
