Brandt Development Ltd is currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our Regina, SK, location.
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing quality, cost and delivery of all service and maintenance completed by the Brandt Developments Service team. They are the central hub of the service department managing quality, cost, and delivery. The Service Coordinator requisitions work with a defined scope, budget, and delivery from BDL service teams or third-party suppliers and vendors.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Communicate with a positive outlook when providing guidance to the team to create a good working workplace.
- Be a problem solver; Help develop the solutions, act to address any gaps in process that may exist.
- Ensure communication is managed so that customers are informed and satisfied.
- Develop and implement new processes where necessary.
- Monitor service staff timecards, communicate to managers for all changes and approvals.
- Schedule service staff to address workorders by priority; Maintain the on-call schedule for service staff.
- Work with tool watch to ensure proper procedures are followed with trucks and tools.
- Procure service staff uniforms and required safety gear.
- Create quotations and work orders for service work.
- Purchase order management, issue invoice for completed work and receive invoices for payment.
- Provide support to the Service Team and coordinate with the Facility Team.
What We Look For
- Minimum of high school diploma is required; preference is given to those who have successfully completed a post-secondary administrative or office education program.
- 2+ years’ experience in a field related to real estate, property management and maintenance, or dispatching and scheduling buildingproperty service trades is preferred.
- Must have effective communication skills and understanding with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to compose service notifications and other correspondence using strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is considered an asset.
