Canada is seeking a Service Coordinator to support maintenance and repair operations by ensuring work is planned, tracked, documented, and completed efficiently from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with service teams, planners, supervisors, customers, and third-party vendors to support repair projects, maintain accurate records, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do - Coordinate Service and Maintenance Activities Review service requests and ensure all required information is received and accurate.
- Create and maintain work orders and service records.
- Support repair planning activities by identifying potential risks, issues, or service history considerations.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and maintained throughout the repair process.
- Support Project Execution Track repair progress and keep systems updated with real-time information.
- Coordinate labour, parts, vendors, transportation, and contractor activities as required.
- Schedule meetings and document action items to ensure work stays on schedule.
- Communicate risks, delays, scope changes, and other project impacts to key stakeholders.
- Assist with site access requirements and training coordination for technicians.
- Manage Administrative and Financial Processes Support warranty and billing processes.
- Process work order updates and adjustments throughout project execution.
- Monitor documentation requirements and ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Assist with invoicing preparation and work order closure activities.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Support Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates on service progress and job status.
- Respond professionally to inquiries and requests.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while supporting operational priorities. What We’re Looking For Required Skills - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Experience - Experience coordinating projects, maintenance activities, repair operations, field services, or service administration.
- Experience working in construction, mining, oil and gas, forestry, heavy equipment, manufacturing, transportation, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of service, billing, warranty, or work order processes is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning, project coordination, or operational support functions.
Education & Experience - Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Coordination, Administrative Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a coordination, administration, project support, or service-related role.
