Job Details

- Position: Service Coordinator
- Location: Burnaby, BC (Metrotown area)
- Wage: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answering incoming phone calls in a consistently friendly, welcoming, and polite manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Managing the service calendar, coordinating booking dates, and scheduling service appointments accurately for clients.
- Invoice Management: Submitting invoices for payment through various portals efficiently.
- Digital Archiving: Scanning and uploading documents into the dealership's internal system to maintain neat, accessible digital records.

Qualifications & Skills
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear,



polite phone demeanour.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn and navigate digital billing portals, scheduling software, and scanning equipment.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy when inputting customer data, scheduling times, and submitting invoice details.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer First Mentality: Previous experience in retail, automotive administrative roles, hospitality, or front-desk reception is considered an asset.
