Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and pumps with precision.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction techniques to complete projects efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and installation of plumbing components.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols during installation or repair work.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems, carpentry elements, or other mechanical components.

Requirements





- Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving tasks.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in confined or elevated spaces.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry basics, and schematics is highly desirable.
- Commitment to safety standards with experience using construction safety protocols.
