Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO ) Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective,

Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools

Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,

Working knowledge of relational databases

Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting

Very valuable verbal and written English communication skills

Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept

Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation
