The Shift Supervisor provides hands-on leadership support for daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, and shipping on their respective shift. This role supports Cell Leads on the floor, coordinates shift priorities, drives secure and efficient product flow, and encourages high performing teams through coaching, training, and standard work.

The Shift

Supervisor reports to the Warehouse Leader.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Shift Time: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities

- ISO procedures
- Support Parker’s Safety Initiatives by promoting safety improvements and reinforcing adherence to established procedures and policies
- Coordinate shift priorities, assignments, and workflow across cells in alignment with direction from leadership
- Serve as the primary on-floor support resource for the Cell Leaders
- Communicate employee and safety concerns to the Warehouse Leader for awareness and follow-up




- Identify team member training needs and coordinate training activities with the appropriate value streams
- Support team member development through cross-training, reinforcement of quality expectations, and warehouse standard work
- Provide input to performance review and merit processes as requested by leadership
- Maintain attendance and timekeeping records through Kronos and Vacation Tracker for the assigned shift
- Support Win with Growth Strategy initiatives, including Zero Defects, Best Lead Time, and On-Time to Request (OTR)
- Participate in weekly PSC Stand Up meetings
- Help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for PSC methods, procedures, and systems
- Foster positive employee relations through open communication and consistent follow-through on commitments

Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements

- High school diploma/GED

Experience And Skills

- Minimum 2 years of Warehouse experience
- Data Warehouse, Mainframe, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI), Omnex, Kronos, Vacation Tracker
- First Aid Certified or willing to obtain
- Forklift License or willing to obtain
- Ability to effectively lead people with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of the Health & Safety Act
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills
- Strong Parker product knowledge
- Ability to take initiative and lead change
