What You’ll Be Doing As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. You’ll support and guide the team during service, maintain our high standards for food quality and cleanliness, and help keep shifts running smoothly.

You’ll be confident in our menu, communicate clearly and positively, and bring calm, supportive leadership to a rapid-paced environment.



This role is hands-on — you’ll jump in when needed while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Who You Are

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable leading others
- Valid Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
