We are looking for a shift supervisor to oversee operations in our busy pallet warehouse. You will ensure effective shipping and receiving, monitor quality control on pallet repair lines and support and motivate staff. As part of the management team you will give input about the needs and priorities on the warehouse floor.
NO SHIFTWORK Monday to Friday 8-4
Responsibilities
- Managing staff duties
- Supervise forklift activity and pallet repair and washing.
- Auditing pallet repair to ensure quality requirements
- Making minor repairs to and maintaining tools and equipment
Experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse or construction.
- Experience with hand tools (reciprocating saw, hydraulic screw gun)
- Forklift experience with valid ticket
- Able to do minor repairs and maintenance with tools and equipment
- Basic computer skills
Pay: From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
