The role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead safe and efficient production operations, coordinate shift priorities, support employees, and promote quality and continuous improvement.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm

Reports to: Plant Manager

What You'll Do

- Lead shift huddles and communicate production priorities
- Assign responsibilities, mold changes, startups, and alarm coverage
- Coordinate with Process and Material Technicians to complete setups on time
- Ensure production, downtime, repair, and inventory records are accurate
- Coach employees, support training, and provide ongoing feedback
- Monitor attendance, overtime, performance, and workplace concerns
- Work with Technical, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized production areas
- Identify improvements that reduce downtime, waste, and costs

What you’ll bring

- At least two years of supervisory or production leadership experience
- Lean Certificate or equivalent Lean Manufacturing training




- Solid leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong planning, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience is an asset
- Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
