EXPERIENCED SHIPPER / RECEIVER

Harco is an established and busy commercial laundry equipment company looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Shipper/Receiver to join our Mississauga warehouse team.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply move equipment. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well independently, and can be counted on to be at work consistently and on time.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities
- Load and unload transport trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, organize, and put away incoming equipment
- Prepare outgoing orders and ensure shipments are accurate and properly documented
- Handle commercial laundry equipment and other heavy items when required
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Coordinate with drivers, transport companies, suppliers, and internal staff
- Assist with deliveries and the movement of vehicles when required
- Perform inventory-related duties and other warehouse responsibilities as needed
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of solid shipping/receiving or warehouse experience




- Proven experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Valid forklift operator licence/certification — required
- Valid driver's licence — required
- Experience handling large or heavy equipment is an asset
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent attendance and punctuality and safety-conscious are essential
- Dependable and reliable — we need someone who can be counted on to be here and ready to work every scheduled day
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through on their responsibilities

Position Details
- Location: Mississauga
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay: $27.00 - $30.00/hour, based on experience
- Benefits: Sun Life perks available after 3 months
- Position: Full-time, permanent
