Objectives and Description:

Spirit Healthcare Group is hiring a full time Warehouse Shipper & Receiver for our Winnipeg, MB location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate shipping records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
- Organize, label, and store inventory
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is an asset)
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized
- Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations
- Report any discrepancies
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications:

- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Previous logistics or warehouse experience is considered an asset




- Awareness of Indigenous Culture and knowledge of the communities considered an asset
