We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver at Rebel. You will be performing the following duties:

· Shipping/Receiving Operations

Assist with the safe, efficient unloading of freight.

Verify incoming goods against POs and packing slips for quantity, condition, and accuracy.

Inspect parts – especially custom‑fabricated and code parts against drawings/specifications and verification of required MTRs and certifications.

Identify and report discrepancies with shipments to the proper department.

Ensure all received items are correctly labeled, documented, and entered into the ERP.





Picking and packaging parts.

Creating shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments.

Obtaining freight quotes prior to shipping products

Loading trucks as required.

· Inventory & Material Flow

Perform put‑away of materials using proper storage locations, FIFO methods, and warehouse layout standards.

Support cycle counts and inventory audits.

Assist in resolving part shortages or receiving‑related delays.

Equipment & Facility

Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Enforce safe lifting, handling, and equipment‑operation practices.

· Vendor & Interdepartmental Communication

Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding shipments and deliveries

Maintain a cooperative and professional attitude when working with team members and other departments.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping or material handling experience.

Experience with international shipping

Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
