This role will partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and IT teams to improve processes, assess business and technology needs, and deliver solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Projects may include process improvement, business transformation, enterprise software implementations, custom application deployments, and multi-site rollouts.

The initial assignment will focus on an Electrical Maintenance Strategy Discovery initiative, assessing current processes and technology capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing a roadmap for future implementation.

This is a hands-on delivery role for a senior project manager.

Must have:

8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex business and technology projects.
Experience delivering projects within mining, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, healthcare, utilities, or other industrial environments.
Experience leading process improvement , business transformation, or technology implementation initiatives.
Strong experience leading business discovery activities, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, process mapping, and current/future-state analysis.
Experience delivering technology solutions, including COTS/enterprise applications and/or internally developed business applications.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and subject matter experts.
Strong project management experience across planning, governance, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.

Nice to have:

Experience working with asset management, maintenance management, ERP, or operational technology solutions.
Experience leading multi-site implementations or operational rollouts.
Experience working with frontline, site-based, or operational stakeholders in industrial environments.
Experience taking initiatives from discovery and assessment through solution selection, implementation, and transition to operations.




Experience with organizational change, training, and adoption as part of technology or process initiatives.

What you will do

Lead project planning, delivery, governance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate business discovery, workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
Assess current-state processes and technology capabilities and help define future-state improvements and implementation approaches.
Coordinate business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, vendors, and other delivery partners.
Lead technology initiatives through solution assessment, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
Develop project deliverables including roadmaps, delivery plans, estimates, status reporting, and executive recommendations.
Support stakeholder communications, training, change enablement, and multi-site rollout activities as required.
Provide regular updates to project sponsors and governance/Steering Committee forums.
