Enhance community planning efforts with your skills as a Planning Assistant for the Squamish Nation. Help manage logistics and engage stakeholders to advance key projects.

In this role within the Strategic Priorities Office, you will collaborate with teams focused on integrated development and project planning. Your main duties will include administrative support, project coordination, and liaising with various stakeholders to enhance project efficiency. Your efforts will play a vital part in the Squamish Nation's future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operational meetings for the Executive Lead
• Assist in creating project documentation and business cases
• Track project progress and maintain reporting systems




• Facilitate procurement activities and consultant negotiations
• Develop RFP and tender documents for projects

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field such as Planning or Housing
• 2-3 years of experience in project support roles
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Familiarity with Squamish Nation history and culture
