As a full-time Supervisor for Technical Services, you will report to the Manager and oversee daily departmental tasks. Your solid leadership skills and technical knowledge in building maintenance will be essential to guarantee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. You will also support your team hands-on and ensure seamless communication on operational impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach the Technical Services team
• Ensure maintenance compliance with regulations and standards
• Review work orders for accuracy and quality
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations effectively
• Schedule and coordinate service providers
Requirements:
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in CMMS tools and maintenance processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Certified Pool Operator certification preferred
