Reporting to the Client Care Coordinator, the Home Support Worker is integral to delivering compassionate assistance during illness or disability. The role focuses on activities of daily living, fostering independence, and enhancing overall quality of life for clients. You will provide personal care, ensure a safe living environment, and build supportive relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care including bathing and grooming
• Perform housekeeping tasks and meal preparation




• Accompany clients to community events and appointments
• Implement care plans as directed by the Client Care Manager
• Document client progress accurately

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education or home support certification preferred
• Experience with seniors or disabled individuals
• Medical certificate and explicit police record required
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Must possess strong communication skills
