Our YMCA facility is offering a full-time position for a passionate Early Years Educator starting in October 2026. You will engage with children ages 0-6 years, implement the Playing to Learn curriculum, and create a nurturing setting. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety are essential for quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate care and support to children
• Build positive relationships with families and children
• Actively engage with children during playtime
• Supervise and ensure safety of children at all times
• Complete required documentation of children's development

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Diploma required
• Proof of registration with CECE needed
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outdoors
