Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Deaf students in an elementary academic program
• Develop and modify lesson plans for diverse learning needs
• Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)




• Manage classrooms using effective behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for student success

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario College of Teachers’ certificate
• Specialization in Deaf education or current pathway for it
• Experience with Deaf/hard of hearing students
• Strong English and ASL communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple exceptionalities
