Montreal Lake Child and Family Agency Inc. is hiring two full-time Prevention Workers to enhance the social functioning and well-being of youth. You will provide personal coaching, crisis intervention, and connect families to community resources, significantly impacting those affected by crisis events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal coaching services with educators
• Deliver crisis intervention and support to families
• Referrals to skilled and community resources
• Engage in evenings and weekends as required
• Support the well-being of youth and families in crisis

Requirements:
• Education and experience in youth services
• BSW/BISW or related discipline preferred
• Knowledge of child welfare acts and First Nations culture
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle required
• Current CPIC and Vulnerable Sector Check on hiring
