KeyResponsibilities:
Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehiclesbased on the work orders. Collaboration with Parts Department: Work closely with the parts team to orderparts for vehicle repairs. Parts Storage and Labeling: Properly store and label parts, especiallythose under warranty or requested by the customer. Timely Communication: Notify the service department promptly ifadditional work is required or if the repairs cannot be completed withinthe expected timeframe. Accurate Documentation: Ensure all relevant information isrecorded clearly on repair orders. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date by completing manufacturertraining. Mentoring Apprentices: Assist in training and guiding apprenticetechnicians within the shop. Equipment and Safety: Report defective or malfunctioningequipment and any safety issues to the service manager immediately. Customer Vehicle Care:



Report any incidents that could affect theappearance or condition of customer vehicles. Tool Management: Take responsibility for the dealership’stools and equipment, returning them in the same condition. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance andcomplete tasks assigned by the manager.
Performing automotive diagnostics,repairs, and maintenance Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in afast-paced environment Valid Ontario driver’s license (G2 or G) 310s Automotive Service Technician certification Own tools and steel-toe boots
