Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the performance diagnostic operations and strategy

• Supervise 1-2 analysts and their project deliverables

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of data analysis experience in financial services
• Strong ability to translate complex ideas clearly

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau or SQL is beneficial
