Under the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor, the electromechanic takes care of the maintenance, installation and repair of various equipment and machines in the department.
YOUR DAILY ROLE:
Participate in preventive maintenance according to an established schedule.
Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair and assemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment on production lines and equipment related to the operation of the building.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and intervene on them with a sense of urgency.
Understand what a grafcet is and know how to diagnose a problem related to an automated sequence.
Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment. Propose solutions.
Know how to use machine tools such as a lathe, milling machine, drill press, band saw, etc.
Know how to weld with arc, mig and tig. Know how to use a blowtorch, bench grinder, portable grinder, etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
0 to 2 years of experience
Hold a D.E.P. in industrial electromechanics
Ability to work in a context of pressure (sense of urgency)
Master PLCs (process controls) and relay controls (asset)
Attendance and punctuality
