The SMA also offers membership for medical students and residents undertaking their training within Saskatchewan.As the unified voice of the medical profession in the province, the SMA advocates on behalf of its members and engages in negotiations for physicians operating under fee‑for‑service, salaried, and alternative payment models.We have an exciting prospect for a full‑time, permanent Manager, Non‑Fee‑For‑Service (NFFS) Contracts to join our growing team!This position provides strategic leadership for the services SMA provides to physicians under Non‑Fee‑For‑Service (NFFS) salary and contractual arrangements by: providing expert advice to members on physician service contracts, supporting members with the resolution of contractual disputes involving external employers or contracting agencies,



co‑leading NFFS contract negotiations in partnership with physician leadership on behalf of the SMA, and collaborating with key partners across the health system to strengthen NFFS compensation frameworks in Saskatchewan.This position is based on‑site at our office in Saskatoon, SK, with a voluntary hybrid work option allowing remote work from home up to 2 out of 5 days per week subject to approval under our Hybrid Work Arrangement policy.For more information, please visit our website.Travel Required: YesHuman Resources Exemption: NoEducationA bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related discipline and 5+ years relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
