You will assess patient needs, implement and monitor care plans, and collaborate with patients and families to maintain comfort at home. Applicants must be a licensed RN with CNO in valuable standing, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel within a designated area. Bilingual English/French is preferred to support client care.
