Senior Manager, Data Management and InsightsCampfire Circle is looking for a data‑driven and analytical Senior Manager to support fundraising, marketing, stewardship, and engagement initiatives that advance mission and impact. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of donor and constituent data across Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (including Raiser’s Edge NXT) and related systems.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management and ReportingManage and oversee data integration between the primary CRM (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM – Raiser’s Edge NXT) and connected platforms, including online fundraising systems, email marketing tools, event management systems, and camper and volunteer platforms such as CampSite.Lead the development and execution of data segmentation and exports for direct mail, email, multi‑channel fundraising, and other digital campaign initiatives.Establish and maintain data quality standards, including regular audits, deduplication, and data hygiene processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data.Monitor data quality metrics and trends, identify systemic issues, and work collaboratively with staff to strengthen data entry practices and organizational standards.Drive the optimization of data management processes by leveraging automation and specialized tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy.Work in partnership with the Vice President, Technology and Digital Transformation to develop and advance data integration and data management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational needs.Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely list pulls based on campaign criteria.Prepare and manage data files for external vendors (mail houses, digital agencies), ensuring compliance with data privacy and format standards.Import campaign results and engagement data back into Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, including delivery rates, opens, clicks, and response metrics.Ensure the integrity and ongoing maintenance of constituent records,



including donor communication history and engagement preferences.System Administration and SupportDevelop and maintain queries, exports, and dashboards to support fundraising, stewardship, and performance tracking.Manage Raiser’s Edge NXT user access, permissions, and security roles.Support staff with data requests, providing clean, accurate lists and reports.Document and maintain data procedures, workflows, and business rules.Provide training and guidance to staff on Raiser’s Edge NXT best practices, data entry standards, and reporting.Support testing and implementation of new database features, modules, and integrations.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in fundraising operations working with CRM systems, donor databases, and/or enterprise data platforms.Solid project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, and deliver high‑quality results on time.Proficiency with SQL, relational database concepts, and data integration tools, with experience working across platforms such as Power BI, Engaging Networks, Raiser’s Edge, and SmartSync.Experience working with AI Agents within enterprise donor management environments.Intermediate to advanced experience using donor databases, data import and validation tools.Experience working with data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes.Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to diverse audiences.Excellent project management, organization, flexibility, and multi‑tasking skills within a team environment.Experience developing and delivering effective training to stakeholders of all learning styles.Highly motivated, proactive and persistent,



understanding how to work collaboratively with individuals and teams in a complex environment.Strong administrative and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate vision and strategy into tactics and actions.Experience with gift processing process, CRA policies, monthly and yearly reconciliation to support financial audits.Proficient in MS365 Suite.Demonstrate an agile, resourceful, and initiative‑driven approach to problem solving with a strong focus on process improvement and adaptability.Post‑secondary education or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Current police reference check with vulnerable sector screening.AssetsExperience with Engaging Networks, SmartThings/SmartSync, Race Roster, CampSite and Microsoft PowerBI software.Experience using data transformation or automation tools such as Power Query or Power Automate or similar tools.Familiarity with API‑based data integrations.BenefitsCompetitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $95,000.
