- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against packing slips
- Unpack, inspect, and organize received items on shelves
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking and packing orders accurately
- Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and documented
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts
-Comply with company policies -Other duties and projects as assigned by management
-Unbox and prepare machines for set up
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
-Must have the ability to drive a delivery truck for delivering client machines as required -Ability to operate a stairclimber would be an asset
Skills
- Previous experience in e-commerce shipping and receiving is preferred
- Ability to accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Basic math skills to perform inventory counts and calculations
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Experience with Excel for input of meter reads into ERP system
