We are a siding installation company looking for experienced and skilled siding installers for full-time work on job sites throughout Calgary.
We are looking for professionals with real hands-on experience who understand proper installation methods, can work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven hands-on experience in siding installation
- Solid knowledge of proper siding installation techniques
- Experience installing James Hardie siding and panels
- Good understanding of waterproofing and building envelope systems
- Experience with metal cladding / LUX panels is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Experience operating aerial lifts is an advantage
- Responsible attitude and compliance with all job-site safety requirements
PAY
Starting from $30/hour for experienced professional installers.
Final compensation will depend on your experience, skill level, productivity, and quality of work.
TRIAL PERIOD — 1 WEEK
During the first week, we will evaluate your practical skills, installation knowledge, quality of workmanship, productivity, and ability to work independently. After the trial period, we will discuss continued employment and compensation.
