We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior siding on residential buildings. Your expertise will help enhance the durability, insulation, and aesthetic appeal of our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of siding installation projects
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials such as caulking to ensure proper adhesion
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to install various types of siding materials including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal
- Lift heavy siding panels and related materials safely while following proper ergonomic techniques
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate installation according to specifications
- Perform inspections during and after installation to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Proven experience with construction work, especially siding installation or related trades such as carpentry or handyman services
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing and sealing joints
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and practices
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Prior experience using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes is preferred
