Allsteel Fabrication is currently looking for a site foreman. We are a growing metal fabrication company located in Kitchener, Ontario. We build custom steel structures of varying degrees of complexity. We work with different types of metals and produce very engaging products.

We pride ourselves on a team atmosphere and work together between different departments to get day to day jobs done. We have a very motivated management staff willing to teach/train as required. We have trained many individuals from entry level positions to key parts of our company and continue to look for the right candidates to invest in.

We are looking to hire a skilled and motivated individual. This role involves working for the site manager and other project managers within the company. The day to day is driving to site and managing/working with other employees, at our various projects across southwestern ontario and into the GTA.

Most of our projects are only a day to a few days onsite. Our larger projects are longer durations, but spread out over a period of time. We have many inhouse resources, to assist the day to day execution of the site work required.





We work on lots of different types of jobs and do not seem to do the same thing twice, lots of variation within our work. We work continually through all seasons without layoffs.

The right candidate is an eager, self motivated individual with excellent attendance and great ability to work with others. All of the above outweighs skill or experience. We are willing to train the right candidates.

Our pay structure for this role looks something like this:

-44 to 55-hour weeks, Employees are paid from the time they leave our facility until the time they arrive back to our facility, in our vehicles. (this results in $80,000 to $100,000+ pay, depending on amount of overtime worked)

-We have run 4-day work weeks with success for this position (longer hour days to make a full week in 4 days)

-5th day available if desired (more overtime)

Pay: $34.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 55.0 per week
