As Site Supervisor, you'll be BNK's eyes and ears on the ground — and you'll be right in it, working alongside the crew, not just checking in from the sidelines. This is a hands-on role: you'll pick up tools, tackle general carpentry and minor installs, and pitch in wherever the job needs an extra set of hands, while also making sure each site reflects the standard of care we promise our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work hands-on alongside crews and subtrades — general carpentry, minor installs, and site cleanup are a regular part of the job.
- Pick up tools and get involved directly when a site needs an extra hand.
- Visit job sites regularly to confirm work is progressing according to plan and schedule and that crews and subtrades understand what's expected.
- Follow up on completed work and catch anything that falls between the cracks — fixing small issues yourself where it makes sense
- Pick up and drop off materials, drawings, and samples between sites, suppliers, and the office.




- Provide clients with regular updates on job progress.
- Support Nick with day-to-day coordination across sites.

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid G license with a clean driver's abstract required
- A background in reading job plans and drawings

WHERE WE WORK Our core coverage area is primarily Hamilton and Brampton, with projects extending as far as St. Catharines, Guelph, and Oakville.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
