Site Superintendent — Custom Homes

You run the site. We'll run the office.

We build high-end custom homes for people who care as much about how the build feels as how the house photographs. Good clients, design-first projects, architects and designers who actually plan. The pipeline is full, and we need a second site superintendent to own what happens on the ground so the office can keep it that way.

This isn't a desk job. No Gantt charts. No budgets. No chasing invoices. That's Project Manager work and it's been deliberately cut out of this seat. Your paperwork is a two-to-three week look-ahead and your QC checks. Everything else is boots on the ground.

What you'd own

- The next two to three weeks on your sites — trades sequenced, materials on site before the trade is, look-ahead out before the week starts.
- Quality built, not corrected. Short deficiency lists because the checking happened during.
- Trades that are briefed, held to standard, and want to come back.
- Safety and site presentation, no exceptions. Clean, secure, client-ready any hour of any day.
- Surfacing problems while they're still small.

Who you are

- You know what's yours to decide and what to escalate — and you do both early.



This is the one thing that matters most.
- You can sequence four trades into one room and land it, and you can tell an experienced sub his work isn't good enough and keep his respect.
- Your eye is calibrated.

You know which tolerance matters and which doesn't.

- You say the hard thing early. We'd rather have facts than comfort.

What you bring

- 3+ years supervising sites with multiple trades — not just your own crew.
- High-end residential finish experience.

This is the part we're least flexible on.

- A trade background (carpentry ideal) and the ability to read architectural, structural and interior drawings — and spot where they disagree.
- We run JobTread — we'll teach you the software.
